Kelly Osbourne Think’s She Need To Lose More Weight Even After She Has Lost 70 POUNDS!
It’s not been long since Fashion Police star Kelly Osbourne lost 70 pounds but now she is looking to lose more weight!
Kelly is covering May’s issue of SELF, and in it she talked about her weight as this is what she said:
“I call myself a former fat person, and when you’re an FFP, you still see yourself as the person you used to be. That’s something I’m genuinely working on all the time.
I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been. Though I’m still very self-deprecating: I look in the mirror sometimes and I feel like going back to bed. Everyone has good days, everyone has bad days.
When you change your body, you start to get selfish. You’re like, Oh, but that’s still fat and that’s still gross and why can’t I look like that? To stop myself I have to look at how far I have come. I’ve learned to eat right and look after myself. Also, I don’t weigh myself.
I’ve worked hard to get into shape, and I’m going to continue. Not because being ‘skinny’ is important to me, but because I want to feel good.”
Kelly Osbourne Is Still Ashamed By The Media After Her Weight Loss
Kelly Osbourne has lost so much weight but it seems like the media just can not leaver her along.
Talking recently she said:
“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been and the healthiest I’ve ever been. The totally insane thing is that I’m a UK size 4 to 6 and people still say I’m fat. I mean it’s crazy but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”
Kelly ha done so much to change her life and to keep the weight off as she said:
“I still exercise every day, even just for 15 minutes, but I’m careful with what I eat, I read the labels.”
Kelly likes working out and now she is helping ITV’s Daybreak viewers to shed the pounds.

If your a regular viewer to the X Factor you will know that Khloe Kardashian is co-hosting the show but she has now talked about how she got in shape for the show.
Khloe has gave up a lot of things to get slimmer including her favorite food cheese and most sweets!
Khloe said:
“It’s always going to be a lifelong thing for me. And I’m not where I want to be. When I used to do things like crash diets or things too fast, it never stuck because it wasn’t a lifestyle change. So for this, I’m working out consistently like three to five days a week … It’s been harder. But I’m just changing my diet slowly.”
The Kardashian girls are use to working out as they are always being spotted out at the gym.

Kelly Osbourne weight has been the topic of the tabloids many times as she lost 60 pounds in two years and has kept it off.

“Five months after Kelly started the plan the results are there for all to see. She thinks it’s amazing – she takes her plates everywhere. Unlike other fads, Kelly says this diet does help you lose weight and keep it off.”
Kelly has recently said:
People have this idea that I’m large and they don’t realise I am 5ft 2in and a UK size 6-8. I go to GAP Kids for T-shirts.
“I’ve done all the faddy diets and none of them work. On one, I had to drink this diet shake for a week. It promised I’d lose 10lbs but I just felt sick.”

As you might know recently Usher reviled that he was a vegan but now it looks like Justin Bieber is following in his footsteps.
But Bieber thinks that becoming a vegan has made him become a ”Jerk”!

“His mood took a major nose dive — he was such a brat. Soon everyone was begging him to just eat a steak! Justin ordered a tofu steak and tempeh tacos from Real Food Daily in L.A. and was really grossed out. He made a big show of spitting out the food and making gagging noises.”
But Justin is not the only vegan now as Selena Gomez is giving it a try too
“She had encouraged the health kick but [told] him to drop it. She said that being vegan turned Justin into a jerk.”
