The singer takes the award after she donated $4 million to the Country Hall of Fame Museum.

When Taylor Swift was dating Conor Kennedy, she brought a house near his to keep a beady eye out on his but now she has done the same thing with Harry Styles!
The singer is looking for a house in the Primrose Hill area so she can keep and eye out and also to nip over for a cuppa.
A source said:
“Taylor says the reason things fizzled out between them last time was because they had no time together. I’m sure their recent contact is behind her sudden enthusiasm to buy in London. She says they’ll be able to pick up where they left off. She has even asked Harry if he’ll look at some places with her, since he knows the area.”
By the sounds of things Taylor has really fallen for Harry but the source carried on in saying:
“I’m not sure how Harry will cope if Taylor does move in down the road.”

Taylor may have borough a house near her ex-boyfriend, Conor Kennedy, but she is now buying a house in London!
An insider explains:
“Taylor is looking into expanding her property portfolio in Europe and London is one of her preferred destinations. She loves being in London, just because it’s such a vibrant city and if she had a base there, it would be easier for her to travel around Europe when she’s touring. She’s also realist who knows a successful pop career can sometimes be short-lived. She wants to invest the money that’s pouring in from the amazing success of Red into real property.”
Swift loves London so there is not wonder why she has not brought a house here before.
