Just as you where thinking it was all going to kick off in the Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise relationship crisis its looking like they are getting back together!
Well only to talk about the divorce….
Most likely for the sake of Suri‘s future sanity (and money), the pair have agreed to let their lawyers attempt negotiations for a completedivorce settlement.
Assuming everything goes well, this means NO court battles! And NOCalifornia transfer pleas!
Despite KatieKat’s amped legal team, they do want to find a peaceful solution to everything (including child custody and support) outside the walls of a judge’s kingdom.

Usher’s Ex-Wife Denies Her Threat To Kill Him

Tameka Foster who is Ushers ex wife has said that she did not threten to kill him the coupple are going thought a hard and nasty legal battle this week in Georgia over custody of their two children.
The singer’s former missus would repeatedly threaten to kill he and his new girlfriend, she took to the stand this week and, while under oath, denied that she ever said that she would cause them bodily harm!
During her testimony, she apparently admitted that as a result of being embarrassed by Usher’s frequent PDA with his new current lady:
“I did probably, out of anger, say ‘I will f**k you up’ and it’s not acceptable.”
Anger is never the excuse!!
Its not good.

Usher Is Not Going To Pay His EX No Money!!!!

Tameka Raymond wants ALL of Usher’s money, his keeds, his pee (via a drug test) and everything else in their custody battle.
And now his ex wants him to pay 50,000 clams for her lawyers so she can take him to court!
He has said he has alredy paid $25K for her lawyers and has paid for mostly everything custody battle related, especially when it comes to the children.
He said in court:
directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Clearly, such actions should not be tolerated, much less rewarded.
So basically he aint giving noting!!!!
