Usher’s Ex-Wife Tameka Foster Gets Denied By Custody Judge!

Usher‘s ex-wife Tameka Raymond has just lost another round in the case around her custody battle with the singer!
The judge said no but Tameka is said to NOT be going up.
Tameka thinks that her ex has demonstrated an “inability” to raise their children AND has accused the judge of siding with him after she accepted campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer.
It now turns out that the judge will just keep on saying no.
Tameka will re-appeal soon!

Most likely for the sake of Suri‘s future sanity (and money), the pair have agreed to let their lawyers attempt negotiations for a completedivorce settlement.
Assuming everything goes well, this means NO court battles! And NOCalifornia transfer pleas!
Despite KatieKat’s amped legal team, they do want to find a peaceful solution to everything (including child custody and support) outside the walls of a judge’s kingdom.

As you might know that sadly Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes relationship is sadly over but hes seeking the SAME Divorce Lawyer Used In Nicole Kidman Split!
The lawyer is Dennis Wasser and she will rep him — the same lawyer he used when he split from Nicole Kidman eleven years ago!
Katie however, filed in NYC on Thursday, where she hopes to have a better chance at being granted sole custody of little Suri!

Usher has broken down i court today in Atlanta after his ex-wife attorney insinuated he cares more about partying than he does about his children.
He was on the stand for hours today in his ongoing custody trial with his ex Tameka Foster and during questioning Tameka’s lawyer whipped out photos of the singer partying in Europe in February.
He is fight more Custerdy for his kids his lawyers where trying to prove that he is a good father.
Usher also admitted about his drug use and smoking pot in the past. Usher said that he would never do drugs in fount of his children or see his children under the influence.
Usher’s Ex-Wife Denies Her Threat To Kill Him

Tameka Foster who is Ushers ex wife has said that she did not threten to kill him the coupple are going thought a hard and nasty legal battle this week in Georgia over custody of their two children.
The singer’s former missus would repeatedly threaten to kill he and his new girlfriend, she took to the stand this week and, while under oath, denied that she ever said that she would cause them bodily harm!
During her testimony, she apparently admitted that as a result of being embarrassed by Usher’s frequent PDA with his new current lady:
“I did probably, out of anger, say ‘I will f**k you up’ and it’s not acceptable.”
Anger is never the excuse!!

Jennifer Lopez To Go On Tour This Year
Jennifer Lopez is expected to be making an official announcement next week.
But we have heard that she is going to do 60 dates starting in South America and making stops in Europe, Asia, and North America!
One source said:
“J Lo and her team have blocked out more than a month of their schedules, beginning May 4, to start intense rehearsals, each day, at a sound stage in the Los Angeles area. This will be a huge tour, complete with a lavish set, full band and team of dancers.”
We are so looking forward to seeing her go on tour will you try and get tickets!!
