Chad Johnson has said that he will not go to jail.
He was meant to be going jail after he allegedly head butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada in a row a few weeks back.
Chad plead guilty to his charges and was placed on probation.

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada relationship is over!
The couple are now divorced but they both seem to be keeping hold of the fact that they where married so you never know one day we might see these two getting back together.
At first Chad was holding on to the divorce papers but he finally handed them in after all.
Chat would get back with Evelyn but she just does dosent feel safe with him!

Chad Johnson has finally realized that his relationship is over!
As we told you yesterday that he would NOT sign the papers as he just wanted to keep hold of his marriage but he has done the right things as he has signed the papers now!
His relationship is over all because he beat up his soon-to-be ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada!
Chad even called his relationship ”irrevocably broken.”
The divorce was filed yesterday in a Florida court both Chad and Ecelyn are going to split the legal fees and pay half each!

Chad Johnson has official been charged with battery in the domestic violence case involving his soon-to-be ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada!
If Chad get’s convicted he will face up to one year in prison.
To make it all worse Chad is now refusing to sign any divorce papers, and saying that he is still in love with her.
Heidi Klum And Seal Are Still Going To Finalizing Divorce!
The relationship is nearly over!
They both have been trying to get things together for the last past eight months but its looking like Heidi Klum and Seal‘s marriage is nearly over.
We hope that they will be happy when the divorce is over.

Her love for Nickelback‘s Chad Kroeger was so unexpected this week as it came out that the pair are now engaged!
Gushing on her songwriting moments with him, she said:
