Russell Brand Get’s Sued After He Get’s Involved In A Car Accident
Russell Brand is going to have to hand over big money as he has been in the middle of a money war with a man who the comedian hit with his car.
The man in question is Victor Sneed and has filed a legal documents asking for $185,000 in damages after being injured.
Sneed has said that Brand has already paid $45,000 in medical expenses and will need $140,000 for future surgeries as he suffered damage to his left hand, left arm, left hip, neck and left wrist.
But it looks like he is not just going to hand the money over as the comedian denied he is to blame for the car accident and feels like Victor’s injuries were his own fault.

Lindsay Lohan has been in jail so many times now but it looks like the possiblity of going back inside for Christmas is scaring Lohan.
Lindsay lied to the police about the car accident that she was involved in a few months back causing it to led to her latest probation violation, but now she is so worried she will be in prison for Christmas.
Lindsay is trying every thing to keep her out of jail over the Christmas and New Year period she even talked to her long-suffering lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to do whatever it takes to keep her out!

“Lindsay is absolutely freaked out about the possibility of going back to jail because she allegedly violated her probation in her necklace theft case when she was formally charged with lying top cops after a horrific car crash last summer in Santa Monica. Lindsay knows it’s almost a foregone conclusion that even if she admits to the probation violation without having a formal hearing, and throws herself at the mercy of the judge, she would be sentenced to significant jail time. Lindsay’s arraignment for the new charges is scheduled for December 15, and she isn’t required to appear because she was charged with misdemeanors. However, the judge could order her to appear because of her lengthy criminal history. Lindsay is facing about 253 days behind bars, if she is found guilty of violating her probation, and she would serve 25% of that sentence because of overcrowding in jails in Los Angeles. Lindsay would serve about 63 days behind bars. Lindsay was locked up in 2010 for 13 days for violating probation in her DUI case, and said it was the darkest time of her life. If Lindsay could sell a body part to keep her out of jail, she would. She is that desperate about the thought of going back to jail.”

Soulja Boy has claimed that the driver of the car Bobbiye Sullinger and Herman Flowers who slamed into his Bentley in June and video the accerdent and uploaded it online is calling it ”racists.”
Soulja Boy didn’t take it to kindlyas now he is going to ht the pair with a lawsuit against for physical, financial and emotional damages.

Cheryl Cole & Will.i.am Get Involved In car Crash!
Cheryl Cole & Will.i.am have had a car crash after leaving a recording studio in El Lay on Thursday.
The acerdent caused the air-bag, to pop out and after Cheryl nose started bleeding! Its been said that the air-bag was nbot the cause for the nose bleed as she hit her head on the dash board of the car.
This happened at 3:30AM and Witnesses have said that they where bot shaken and Cheryl was crying and bleeding from her nose.

Will.i.am’s manager calls the unlucky accident a “minor fender bender” and everyone is just thankful nobody was hurt.

Cheryl Cole has been spotted out with a smile on her face after the car crash that happened the other day. She might have been smiling but she had her arm put up in a sling.
The singer was in a car with her best friend Will.I.Am‘ when the car crashed. Luckily they both walked away with just scratches and scrapes.
Cheryl was spotted at the BBC Studios today looking very well and looks like shes not been affected by the crash.
