Nicole said:
Right now we’re listening to a lot of old-school R&B, because the program that we’re doing has slower toning and a lower BPM [beats per minute]. So there’s some Missy Elliot, old Jay-Z, Frank Ocean, Chris Brown, Rihanna. Last week her workout had a higher BPM, so we were listening to a lot of remixes, like remixedChristina Aguilera and Britney songs. It just varies. Sometimes I play Rastafarian music and she’s like, “What is that?” [Laughs.] But it’s good to change it up, keep the imagination and brain working, and keep her body inspired.

Britney Spears & Jason Trawick Relese Statement About The Split
As we told you earlier about new reports where saying that Britney Spears and Jason Tranwick had ended their relationship well not it has been confirmed!!
Britney’s rep has released the following statement saying:
Rep: “Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement. two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends.”
Britney: “Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement. I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”
Jason says: “As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever.”
Britney Spears & Jason Trawick Call Their Wedding OFF!!!!
It’s been reported today that Britney Spears has split from her fiance Jason Trawick.
The pair have been engaged for nearly two years,but now have been said to be going their separate ways.
The report went on in saying that a lawyers are in court as we speak along with Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, making things a done deal.
There is alot of legal stuff to go though but it’s been said that the relation ship is a ”friendly breakup” and Britney and Jason will remain friends.

It’s been reported that Britney Spears is leaving the X Factor!!!
This comes after rumors started saying that Simon Cowell kicked Brit off the show for indulging in past bad habits.
A source has said:
1. Yes, Britney is indeed leaving X Factor, but by her own choosing, because…
2. She wants to focus on creating a killer new album AND
3. She’s considering going on tour in the near future!
We wonder who will take her place on the show but like loads of people have said she has done such a good job on the show and she knows what she talking about as she has been making music for years.

Britney Spears Is Working On A NEW Album Called Blackout 2.0
Britney Spears has had a very busy 2012 as she has been a judge on the US X Factor but now she has ended the year by announcing that she is having a new album.
This is the singers EIGHTH studio album what will follow from 2011′s Femme Fatale, album.
Word on the street is that Britney has teamed up with Elijah Blake, the man responsible for Rihanna‘s No Love Allowed and Climax by Usher,to make some tracts on the album as he said:
“I think her fans will be surprised by it. I would say it’s definitely the ‘unexpected’ Britney in so many ways, in that she’s playing with new textures and stomping on new grounds and genres.”
Then he tweeted on Twitter to reply to another twitter user:

her new single, Scream and Shout, has became a very big success since it was released pushing it to the number one spot.
