Big Brother’s Host Brian Dowling To Be Axed And Replaced By Emma Willis
Big Brother host and former host mate Brian Dowling has always talked about how much he loves hosting the show but now it seem’s like he has lost his job.
Emma Willis is to take Brian’s place to host the main show as at the moment she host the bit on the side programme.
Bosses are understood to want her on board the main show in a bid to inject some glamour into the franchise and recapture the buzz of the Davina McCall years on Channel 4.
Emma is set to be confirmed by show bosses with in the next two weeks weather she officially has the job.
A insider has said:
“Brian has been a great host but Emma is seen by channel chiefs as a true successor to Davina. They’re talking to her now about taking over the role from the summer.
“Like Davina when she hosted the show, Emma’s young, a mum of two, and very glamorous.
“The audience love her on BBBOTS and execs want to capitalise on that.
“She’s thinking it over but it’s a great opportunity and she would be mad to turn it down.”
In Willis excepts the job channel 5 bosses will have to compensate Brian, who is understood to be contracted for the next two runs — the main series shown over the summer and the subsequent Celebrity show.

On last nights I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Brian Conley got into a little tiff with professional boxer David Haye.
The men came into blows after David, was stoking the camp fire and flicked two burning logs out of the grate and onto the forest floor.
Knowing that he was getting wound up Brian walked off to have a little cry and smoke in the river.
Talking in the Bush Telegraph the boxer said:
‘I was messing around and flicked some firewood for no particular reason just because I was bored and being boisterous but Brian seemed to really… I seemed to really bug him. I really got under his skin.’
Later on The pair made up and talked about what went on saying as Brian said:
‘My hand is my heart. I had a go at you and I got upset.’
‘I missed that one. I thought you were joking,’ replied David as he tried to diffuse the situation.
‘At least we cry’ said Brian about himself and Hugo Taylor. ‘We’re men. Real men cry.’
David went on in saying:
‘Brian was next to me and I could see he was upset and he’s a big grown man and that’s quite unfamiliar.
‘I’m in a very masculine sport. Very grr sport. So people that are around a lot of the time don’t show their emotions. What do you do? It’s a new situation for me.’

The Playboy model has revealed to sources that they have split!
It’s not completely sad news though because she maintains they are still “amazing” friends. In a statement she explained:
“Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship. I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him. Go, Bears!”
We hope she can move on and find someone else or get back together soon.
