Reese Witherspoon And Her Husband Jim Toth ARRESTED For DUI AND Disorderly Conduct!!!!
Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, were reportedly arrested and put into a cell on Friday Morning after being found driving under the influence in Atlanta, Georgia.
jim is the only one that is facing the DUI but that doesn’t mean that Reese is getting away lightly as she was also arrested separately for disorderly conduct!
She was really not a happy bunny and was told by the cops to stay in her car but refused so she was handcuffed.
New reports have said that Jim was doing a .139 on a Breathalyzer test, which prompted Reese to lose it and go mad.
This is what the police report said:
“Mrs. Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer. I told Mrs. Witherspoon to sit on her butt and be quiet. She stated that she was a ‘US citizen’ and that she was allowed to ‘stand on American ground.’ Mrs. Witherspoon asked, ‘Do you know my name?’ I answered, ‘No, I don’t need to know your name.’ I then added, ‘right now.’ Mrs. Witherspoon stated, ‘You’re about to find out who I am.’ Mrs. Witherspoon also stated, ‘You are going to be on national news.’ I advised Mrs. Witherspoon that was fine.”
They both where released around 3:30am Friday morning, and have to be in court on Monday at 8am.
But now we have learnt that heir attorney is expected to appear on their behalf and request the date be postponed!

Amanda Bynes has yet to be officially charged for her April 6th DUI incident, but her court date is set for June 6th.
The star is expected to be charged with refusal to take a blood test.
She need to have some driving lessons.

Yes its true Amanda Bynes has got herself in another car crash on Friday night!
The law enforcement sources, are saying that police dispatched a helicopter to track an SUV believed to be on the run after hitting another driver.
Police were alerted of the incident by the victim himself, who had been following the Range Rover since the collision near the intersection of Crescent Heights and Melrose.
The police caught her up and when they started started to talke to her and she started to swear at them contently she had no idea it happened. And as far-fetched as that sounds, sources say it’s believable since the damage to her vehicle was very minimal. talking to her Amanda started to swear at them all the time.
But then she exchanged her info with the other driver. Sources also say she was NOT given a citation nor will a further investigation be pursued.

Its been a month since actress Amanda Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and now, she is still refusing to have a blood test.
According to officials, in the next two weeks, Amanda will be charged with refusal to take a chemical test. In California, it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test when you are arrested for a DUI.
A law enforcement source said:
“Amanda’s first court date will be in Beverly Hills at the beginning of June. She won’t be required to be there because it’s only a misdemeanor.”
If she is convicted she will have to send 48 hours in jail AND give up her license for a year!
She has recently has been going out of the public eye as her publicist told her to do so.

Amanda Bynes hollywoods new version of Lindsay Lohan has said that she will not have blood tests done!
She said not to the blood tests to authorities during her April 6th DUIarrest, even though she blew a 0.0 on a breathalyzer.
A sources has said that if Amanda is convicted she could be in “a lot of trouble”. The source goes on to explain:
“She has finally agreed to lay low, but is still refusing to go to rehab.”
Nothing has came out about any drug problems that Amanda might have but ith the constant clubbing/barhopping and therepetitive bad-driving incidents, we would be surprised if something wasn’t amiss in the child star’s life.
