As we have told you before about Taylor Swift not getting on with her boyfriends Conor Kennedy‘s Nan Ethel Kennedy.
But after sitting down the Ethel and getting to know one and other the pair are not the best of friends. It has now been reported that Swift has splashed out on a $4.5 million on a house a street away from Ethel so she can be closer to her.
The 4,400 square foot home overlooks the ocean, has seven bedrooms, six baths, and an acre of land.

The actor was spotted out in New York on Friday night with Sienna. Sources have said that the pair went to the Monkey Bar, before re-locating to the Electric Room, and even LATER into the evening, the Dream Downtown Hotel!
