Selena Gomez Get’s Sued Over Fake Fragrance Deal!
Selena Gomez may be happy and on a high being back with Justin Bieber but now something has made her crash back down. According to sources the singer is now being sued by Adrenalina, Inc for a fake fragrance deal! The star has been hit with a lawsuit and the company have said that they have lost $2 million because of the fake deal. New legal documents have said that the deal was to ensure that Selena’s name was to appeared on various fragrance products Adrenalina was developing, and they already spent big bucks just working on the marketing campaign when girlfriend pulled out unexpectedly, under what they allege to be nonsensical reasons! Gomez failed to show up to the promotional events so she failed to have a spokesperson speek for her. But Selena’s attorney Michael Weinsten has said:
“Any claim that Selena did not meet her promotional obligations is ridiculous, manufactured after Adrenalina was terminated. Selena will vigorously defend this lawsuit, and will soon bring her own lawsuit against Adrenalina for millions in damages.”
Kim Kardashian Demands Ex Husband Kris Humphries To Pay Up For Her Divorce Case Expenses!
All Kim Kardashian want to do is to divorce her husband of 72 days and to move on with her new man Kanye West!
But there is one thing standing in Kim’s way and that is Kris Humpries!
Kris has said that he has not got the time to get divorced with his baseball tour but Kimmy just want to end their marriage before the baby is born.
It was olso reported today that miss Kardaian offered Kris $10 million to settle their divorce case once and for all, but that Kris refused.
It seems like he just cant let her go.
But now reports have said that Kim never offered the money to Kris and he has asked for 7 millon dollars of her!!
Kim has also refused to pay as she feel sthat the divorce could have been over months ago if Chris would have pulled his finger out.
Kim has now racked up a lot of fees and sources have said $250,000 worth!!
the Kardashian sister just want’s it all over now and has said that she is very confident she would win if it’s brought in front of a judge!
Amanda Bynes Is Free for One More Month!

Amanda Bynes‘ thought she may have to turn herself in next week for her hit and run but it looks like she may have another month off.
Sources have now said:
“Amanda’s attorney went into court early ahead of next week’s scheduled court appearance on October 19 and was granted a continuance. The judge also gave Amanda an extension for turning herself into the cops to be formally booked. Amanda had been expecting to be booked next week, but the judge is now going to allow Amanda to turn herself in sometime in November.”
She she has the next month off but what is she going to do with all that spare time?:
“Amanda is in New York City right now and she is trying to launch her fashion career. Amanda will absolutely turn herself in to be fingerprinted and mug shot taken when required to do so. Amanda doesn’t have a valid driver’s license right now and is off the roads, so she doesn’t pose a threat to anyone.”
Russel Brand Gets Community Service And Has To Pay Court Fine For The iPhone Throwing!
As some of you might know Russel Brand got a little pissed when a fans iPhone but now he has to pay by doing Community Service And Has To Pay Court Fine For what he did.
While he won’t have to serve jail time for swinging the phone at the pesky pap, it looks like he WILL have to pitch in for some community service!
This morning during his court arraignment, Russy was ordered to pay a $500 court fee, as well being ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.
Though he wasn’t in court, his attorney pled not-guilty for him.
As far as that one count of a misdemeanor? Looks like as long as Brand finishes his community service by August 31, he will NOT be charged with the misdemeanor of criminal damage to property!
Thats not good Russ!!!!

Kris Humphries‘ has said that he wants ”Bootycall Girl” to Kim Kardashian alone!
Myla Sinanaj asked the reality star to call off her spies in the and give her some privacy — in the most private way possible… TWITTER!!

she is referring to is Kim’s court ordered request to have Myla sit for a deposition at the end of the month. Howevez, with all the lies Mz Sinanaj has told in the past, it’s likely Kim and her lawyers aren’t going to get much honesty from her depo.
Myla added:
“Subpoena me twice for the same thing! Hilarious.”
They might just have wanted Kim to get the massage!?
Its All Over For Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes As They Reach Divorce Settlement
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have officially come to an agreement!
You might know that a statement was released saying that the case has now been settled.
Katie’s attorney states:
“The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.”
As of now, no details regarding the agreement have been made public, but we can only hope that Suri’s best interests WERE kept in mind!
