Its All Over For Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes As They Reach Divorce Settlement
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have officially come to an agreement!
You might know that a statement was released saying that the case has now been settled.
Katie’s attorney states:
“The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.”
As of now, no details regarding the agreement have been made public, but we can only hope that Suri’s best interests WERE kept in mind!

Rumor Has It … There Is No Prenup For Katy & Russell
Last Week we posted the sad new that Russel Brand and Katy Perry where getting Divorced but now there more trouble with the relationship.apparently, the couple DID NOT sign a pre-nuptial agreement before they got hitched.We don’t know if this is completely true or not Russell told New York Magazinethat he and Katy wanted to keep things “normal,” meaning the wouldn’t be “selling the pictures, ain’t doing no prenup.” They never did sell any pictures — so maybe they made good on both promises!
But what does this mean for them? Californian law states that without a pre-nuptial agreement, the pair must split their wealth and assets 50/50. Katy is reportedly worth $40 million; Russell, $6 million to $8 million. You don’t need a calculator to do the math: Katy is BONED!
Things are going to get VERY MESSY from here on out!
