Lohan was spotted shopping yesterday morning at Fry’s Electronics in Fountain Valley, CA when really she should have been in rehab.
Now people are thinking that she is trying to run away and heading back to New York as Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White said:
“If there’s credible confirmation she’s heading back to New York, then I’m going to have to go in and ask the court to issue a warrant.”
