Amy Winehouse Statue Is Not Going To Be ‘Cheesy!’
Back in 2012 it was said that Amy Winehouse‘s father Mitch Winehouse was going to have a statue made for his late daughter to remember her where she lived in Camden, London.
The artist who is going to make the statue Scott Eaton has said that he has been tasked with recreating the singer’s likeness and has promised that it WILL look liker her.
this is what he said:
“She’s going to be installed on the balcony in the Roundhouse [Theatre] in the Camden area, because Camden is her home where she lived. So she’s kind of looking back towards Camden Town from the balcony.
So it’s not going to be…cheesy. She’s not with a microphone or anything like that. It’s going to be kind of natural, if you will, as if she was up there on the balcony, looking back towards home.”
“There’s a lot of artistic decisions that I have to make, but you know, they’re just going to be there—it’s Mitch’s daughter, so we want him to be happy and we want her family and close friends and relatives to all kind of say, ‘That’s definitely Amy.’”
Sharon Osbourne Favourite Dog Maggie Dies Age 16!
More sad new’s has came out of the Osbourne family!
At first it was Ozzy being back on the drink and drugs and now their 16- year- old Japanese Chin breed passed away.
The family are really upset as they all loved the little dog and with the way that thing’s are going at the moment it is hurting them more.
Kelly tweeted as soon as she got the news saying:
‘Woke up to the worst news ever! I can’t stop crying! It really is an end of an era RIP Maggie!!! #TheOsbournes,’
The family got the fluffy dog back in 2002 when they where filming their reality show what the dog often stared in.
Amy Winehouse Film To Be Made!
It’s nearly been two years since singer Amy Winehouse passed away but now it look’s like we are going to see a side to her that we have never seen before.
A filmmaker called Asif Kapadia has teamed up with producer James Gay-Reesand Universal Music to put together a documentary about the late singer and they will sell it at this year’sCannes Film Festival!
Back in 2010 the pair worked together and they siad that they are excited to be working together again.

“Amy was a once-in-a-generation talent who captured everyone’s attention; she wrote and sung from the heart, and everyone fell under her spell. But tragically, Amy seemed to fall apart under the relentless media attention, her troubled relationships, her global success and precarious lifestyle. As a society we celebrated her huge success, but then we were quick to judge her failings when it suited us.”
There is not much news about the film so we will just have to wait and see when more new’s does come out.
Prince Harry Is Still Going To Go To The London Marathon Despite The Booming In Boston
With the aftermath of the Boston Marathon tragedy Prince Harry still plans on attending Sunday’s London Marathon.
Since the new’s broke about Boston more security has been ordered to attend the London marathon as Harry is going to be presenting the medals.
The event organiser’s posted on Facebook:
“We are deeply saddened and shocked by the news from Boston.
Our immediate thoughts are with all the people there and their families. It is a very sad day for athletics and for our friends and colleagues in marathon running.
We fully expect that Sunday’s race, Registration and associated events will go ahead as originally scheduled.
We are currently reviewing all our security arrangements with the Metropolitan Police and we will post the latest information on all the events through twitter, facebook and emails.”
And now a spokesperson has said:
“We announced last week that Prince Harry would attend this year’s London marathon in his capacity as Patron of the London Marathon Charitable Trust, and that he would make the presentations to the winners and meet a selection of volunteer and support staff. As things stand we are not aware of any changes to that plan but ultimately we will be directed by the Race organizers.”

Baroness Margaret Thatcher has passed away!
The news has just been broke that thatcher has died of a stroke her spokesman Lord Bell has announced:
”It is with great sadness that Mark and Carol Thatcher announced that their mother Baroness Thatcher died peacefully following a stroke this morning.
“A further statement will be made later.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Dog has Died!
Lindsay Lohan‘s mum Dina Lohan has revealed that the family dog has died!
She broke the news on Twitter as she said:
Sad Day Gucci our family Dog passed away ! She was 15 and brought so much love to us ……she will forever be missed xo
Sources have said that Gucci was a Maltese that lived in Long Island.
We still do not know if Lindsay knows that the dog has died as she is currently away from home getting drunk in Brazil.
