Miley Cyrus has showed her love for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the news of the new baby!
Breaking the news to the Facebook community Kim’s sister Kendall Jenner posted:
Kim is officially a mom, welcome baby kimye to our family!!!
Then Miley comment on the status saying:
Congrats to them
It looks like most of the celebrity community are really happy for Kimmy!
Facebook Now Allows Hashtags!
Twitter made the hashtag famous as it is used every wear now but now Facebook are using it too.
Facebook have given in so when you now write a #hashtag on the social networking site it will like to the hashtag page just like Twitter does.
In a stament Facebook have said:
“Starting today, hashtags will be clickable on Facebook. Similar to other services like Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, or Pinterest, hashtags on Facebook allow you to add context to a post or indicate that it is part of a larger discussion. When you click on a hashtag in Facebook, you’ll see a feed of what other people and Pages are saying about that event or topic.”
The hashtag is not working yet on Facebook but we know it will not be long until it is fully working.
Facebook Copie Twitter By Have Celebrity Pages Verified
Yesterday it was announced that Facebook are now verifying celebrity pages to prove to fans that they are the official pages.
On the social networking site there are so many fake account its unbelievable so now the little blue tick proves that it is the official celebrity using the account.
Most official pages have the blue sticker now but some page will get theres soon.
A post on the Facebook said:
“We’re launching verified pages to help people find the authentic accounts of celebrities and other high-profile people and businesses on Facebook.
“Verified pages have a small, blue check mark beside their name on timelines, in search results and elsewhere on Facebook.”
Last year, Facebook announced that they found 83 million fake Facebook profiles confusing users on what pages are official but now with the help of a little blue tick we can see the real celebs.
Vin Diesel Becomes The King Of Facebook As He Get’s Over 41 Million Likes
Vin Diesel has been promoting The Fast & Furious 6 new film and it look’s like all them television appearences have paied off on his Facebook!
The actor reached over 41 million likes on the social networking site making him the most liked person on Facebook.
Talking about Facebook recenly Vin said:
“Facebook used to ask me to come up to their office to explain what the f— I was doing, and why I had so many fans… Facebook really owes me billions of dollars. But whatever. “
“When I had started my [Facebook] page, the only person that had a million fans was Barack Obama. … when I started talking to the fans, I became the No. 1 page in the world. Over Coca-Cola, over huge companies. And it was only because I said: ‘Hi, guys, I love you.’
Vin has so many fans and he even beat President Barack Obama making him come second on the social media site.
Robin Roberts Is Back In Hospital After Falling Ill During Her Holiday
Robin Roberts went though a bone marrow transplant last year, and then we saw her return to her day job on Good Morning America once she recovered fro the op but now she is back in hospital!
Robin was on her holidays when she was rushed to the hospital so that also means she will not be on GMA for some time now.
Roberts psoted on Facebook:
“My heart continues to go out to the remarkably strong people of Boston. We stand by you now and always.
It saddens me that I haven’t been able to join my colleagues in covering this important story.
Last week, in the middle of my Key West vacation, I began not to feel well. Nothing serious, just under the weather. I contacted my doctors and flew back to NYC. They felt it best to admit me into the hospital for a few days. Seems my young immune system needed a little boost to fight off ‘opportunistic infections.’
My doctors assured me that this was NOT because I was working or doing too much, too soon. It’s extremely common, post bone marrow transplant, to have complications. I’m blessed that mine have not been severe.
I’m feeling MUCH better, and will relax at home for the rest of the week. I’ll be back on GMA next week…as my sweet momma would say: ‘Good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise!’”
Prince Harry Is Still Going To Go To The London Marathon Despite The Booming In Boston
With the aftermath of the Boston Marathon tragedy Prince Harry still plans on attending Sunday’s London Marathon.
Since the new’s broke about Boston more security has been ordered to attend the London marathon as Harry is going to be presenting the medals.
The event organiser’s posted on Facebook:
“We are deeply saddened and shocked by the news from Boston.
Our immediate thoughts are with all the people there and their families. It is a very sad day for athletics and for our friends and colleagues in marathon running.
We fully expect that Sunday’s race, Registration and associated events will go ahead as originally scheduled.
We are currently reviewing all our security arrangements with the Metropolitan Police and we will post the latest information on all the events through twitter, facebook and emails.”
And now a spokesperson has said:
“We announced last week that Prince Harry would attend this year’s London marathon in his capacity as Patron of the London Marathon Charitable Trust, and that he would make the presentations to the winners and meet a selection of volunteer and support staff. As things stand we are not aware of any changes to that plan but ultimately we will be directed by the Race organizers.”
