Last night was the start of the X Factor UK live shows.
Last night we saw contestants Ella Henderson, Rylan Clark, District 3, James Arthur, Melanie Masson, Jade S, Lucy Spraggan, MK1, Christopher Maloney, Carolynne Poole, Union J, Kye Sones and Jahmene Douglas take to the stage to give the performance of their lives to get into Sundays live vote off.
The viewers of the show have been voting for the last week to get a “Wildcard” that means one person who was went home at Judges houses a place back in the compensation.
The wildcard went to Christopher Maloney who was surprised and shocked to be back in the compensation as the views will know he suffers with his nerves so he had to pull himself together to perform again.
One of the highlights of the show was Ella Henderson who wowed the judges and viewers as she has such a strong voice and she’s only 16!
The siger performed Take That‘s Rule The World.
He Judge Tulisa Contostavlos told Ella:
‘You show everyone how it is done,’ before adding: ‘You nailed it’.
Ella had all of the judges standing clapping and most of the studio audience. She was also compared to Leona Lewis by Louis Walsh.
Next up was Rylan Clark he’s like marmite some people love him and some people not so much.
One person that’s not such a fan is Garry Barlow as he said that he should not have a place in the compensation.
Rylan got all the panel talking even causing an argument between Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger his mentor.
Rylan over the past weeks has also been receiving death threats on Twitter and in the VT that they showed before Ryan hit the stage it showed him breaking down over the messages.
Over the last past few days Nicole has reviled that she receives death threats over twitter too reasoning Rylan just to Igor all the negative people.

Back for one night only One Direction came back to the show to have a quick interview with Dermot O’Leary.
It’s been a big two years since One Direction where in the contestant of the the X Factors shoes but they came back to show their support and to have a quick interview with Dermot O’Leary.
The boy band reviled that they are routing for James Arthur.
Garry told James that he need to be less on his edges and told him to change.

Mum of the group Melanie Masson stunned the judges performing The Beatles track A Little Help From My Friends
Melanie Masson took to that stage to perform A Little Help From My Friends.
Louis described the performance as like ‘being at Woodstock’ while Tulisa told her she was the ‘diva of the competition’.
Lucy Spraggan was the first ever person to singer their own song on a live show in X Factor history!
Gary said about Spraggan saying she is a ’brilliant songwriter’ whild Nicole said:
‘You are just brilliant in your own spunky, honest and witty way’
Carolynne Poole performed Nicki Minaj’s Starships in a country fashion.
Poole impressed the judges with her version of the song Nicole said it must be so hard to turn a rap song into a country song.
Union J performed f Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen but went unpopular with the judges as they said that the song was not the right song choice for the boy band to sing on the first night.
District 3 who where formerly GMD3 kicked off the show by going first.
In the interview they reviled that they wanted to change their name as people where getting confused with GMTV and hair straighteners.
Sharon Osbourne also said their old name sounds like a illness.
The Public have been asked to vote to keep their favorite in the contest.
The act that will be leaving the show will be announced tonight at 8PM on ITV 1.
