Lady Gaga and the company agreed on a contract that would allow MGA the rights to produce and sell Bratz dolls in her likeness come the fall, but now GaGa’s being accused of selfish foul play!
The entertainment company claims Mother Monster is withholding final approval to delay their release, thus allowing her to tie the dolls in with the release of her 2013 album.
The lawsuit states:
“MGA faces irreparable harm at the hands of world famous artist and icon Lady GaGa, her worldwide management company, Atom Factory, and her licensee, Bravado.”
Meanwhile, a rep for GaGa says there was no legitimate reason for bringing her into this mess.
They explain:
“This is a dispute between Universal Music Group’s merchandising company and MGA. There was no legitimate reason for dragging Lady GaGa into that dispute. Lady GaGa will vigorously defend MGA’s ill-conceived lawsuit and is confident that she will prevail.”
But we’ll just wait and see what happens!
UPDATE: Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey Oing has ruled that GaGa will not be forced to give final approval. He will review the case once more in August, as that will be the final deadline if MGA wants the toys out before Christmas.

LEAVE MY GAGA ALONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
