Jenny Thompson claims after revelations over her private life hit the headlines she felt depressed and started using tanning beds up to three times a day and having injections to become darker.
The 22-year-old now has a growth on her left cheek and is terrified it could be cancerous.
To see if she does have cancer shes waiting the results of a biposy after making an emergency dash to the doctors.
She said:
‘When I watched the interview back, I just hated the way I looked, it shattered my confidence.
‘It was the last straw. I decided I was going to make an effort to make myself look good and not look like the slapper I was portrayed to be.’
