Paula Abdul Gives Advice For Britney Spears And Demi Lovato
The new X Factor US judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato have had their first day at work on the show but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t use a few tips!
She once last year was the biggest judge on the show but now shes offering advice to the two new beauty judges.
Paula Abdul has said:
“Live television is just that. You have to go with the flow, speak your mind, and just remember millions of people are watching.”
Does she think Brit Brit and Dem are going to do her the job well?
Nope! Paula told reporters:
“I think they’re going to be fantastic.”
She added that Mz Spears seems “lovely” and “very sweet,” and, “Demi seems sweet as well.”
Aww that’s lovely!

Tila Tequila Is Doing Really Well In Rehab

Its been reported that Tila Tequila is doing really well in rehab.
She was dealing with drug addiction AND an eating disorder, so it obviously a hard month-long program in a Florida rehab center for her.
She was hospitalized following a reported brain aneurysm and drug overdose that nearly killed her!
People are saying that that overdose wasn’t accidental — so we’re glad she was convinced to get help!
A source has said:
“Tila is a really small girl to begin with so she usually weighs around 100 pounds, but at the height of her sickness she was down to around 75 pounds. She began to realize she had a problem when she started to see her bones protruding from her body. It really scared her. It’s still an everyday battle for [Tila], but at least she’s sober and healthy.”
So happy for her!
We really hope she stays strong and hopefully she will be out soon but not too soon!
Miley Cyrus Spotted Having Tattoos Changed
Its looking like Miley Cyrus is not likeing some of her tattoos anymore.
On Wednesday Miley was spotted stepping out of a Hollywood tattoo parlor with a bandage over her inner arm — in the SAME place where she got “VIIXCI” inked earlier this month.
The thing is… “VIIXCI” doesn’t mean anything. The roman numerals “VII” mean 7 and XCI is 91. Howeves, close together they don’t mean anything.
If you dint know Miley has loads of tattoos look below for where they are:
- “Just Breathe” on her ribcage
- “Love” on her inner ear
- A large dream catcher design on her ribcage
- A heart on her right hand
- A cross on her wedding finger
- An Om symbol on her left wrist
- Akarma symbols on her fingers
- An equals sign on her finger in support of equality for gays, an eye on her finger
- “Love Never Dies” on her left arm and a skull on her ankle.
- AND probs more only Liam Hemsworth knows about!

Wilmer Valderrama Sued For Too Much Partying!
Wilmer Valderrama was porn to party!
If you live near or know him you will know that he is always partying. Mr. Valderrama’s neighbor, Baruch Eichenbaum, has filed a lawsuit against him!
Wil’s neighbor claims that for the past few years there have been “ongoing and continuing loud and disturbing noises from the property.” This includes partying into all hours of the night AND dog barking.
Sources claims:
“The neighbor says he’s fired off at least 7 letters to Wilmer and has made dozens of phone calls to the actor to no avail. Baruch says he’s also called the police on several occasions, and even contacted animal control about the dog barking.”
He does need to pipe down we love to party but we dont do it all the time.
Britney Spears Job On The US X Factor Wont Last Long!?
Britney Spears better not get to relaxed being on the X Factor as shes only been sigend to a one year contract getting a wopping $15 million.
A source recently spilled:
“The judge handling Britney’s conservatorship wanted to make sure that this wasn’t going to be too stressful or grueling for her and that weighed heavily in the negotiations. Britney’s doctors felt comfortable with a one season commitment, remember, she is still under a conservatorship, meaning she can’t make any business or personal decisions herself.”
That best we really dont want Britney to overwork herself!
Another insider added:
“Britney’s contract does have an option for a second year, but Britney isn’t committed under terms of the agreement to come back for another season if she doesn’t want to, both sides have to agree to this.”
It has been said that Britney has been asking Simon Cowell for tips on how to be the “best judge possible.”
Shes really getting into the role of this job good for her.
