Amanda Bynes Is Going To Be Charged For Refusing To Have A Blood Test!!

Its been a month since actress Amanda Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and now, she is still refusing to have a blood test.
According to officials, in the next two weeks, Amanda will be charged with refusal to take a chemical test. In California, it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test when you are arrested for a DUI.
A law enforcement source said:
“Amanda’s first court date will be in Beverly Hills at the beginning of June. She won’t be required to be there because it’s only a misdemeanor.”
If she is convicted she will have to send 48 hours in jail AND give up her license for a year!
She has recently has been going out of the public eye as her publicist told her to do so.

Kim Kardashian really want kids And it’s all because “she feels it would be a great way to honor her father and her heritage.”
But Kim only want to adopt kids but she want to have the baby bump too.
Kim is super excited about having a baby bump all on her own – just like older sis Kourtney!
“Kim has always planned on having a big family and wants to get started on it right away. She feels like the early 30s are the perfect time to start. Right now, the timing is perfect. She’s responsible enough to be a good mother but young enough that she can keep up with a toddler.”

Well we have just found out that we are thinking Russell Brand is now dating Anouska De Georgiou not only is she dating Russel she has also dated David Hasselhoff and Jared Leto.

Lindsay Lohan’s Alleged Assault Case Could Be Coming To A Court Near You!

Detectives have almost finished looking at the everdance on the Lindsay Lohan Standard Hotel little tiff but they have not gathered enough information to charge the hot-tempered Lilo with assault.
One source close to the investigation has said:
“There is enough compelling evidence to charge Lindsay with assault as investigators have three very solid and credible witnesses, including the alleged victim.”
The have looked a CCTV videos at The Standard hotel the night of the ‘fight,’ Lindsay vehemently denied she had even left her home, claiming she was being a model citizen, watching political dramaHomeland.
This is so silly but, the ‘victim’ Marisa Dugas doesn’t even plan on suing Linds, she only wants the troubled celeb to apologize and admit responsibility!
Dugas’ attorney insists:
“Marisa Dugas just wants Lindsay Lohan to publicly apologize to her for the assault, and be held responsible for her actions. I can definitively tell you that Marisa has absolutely no plans to sue Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay should be treated just like everyone else and not get any special treatment because she is a celebrity. Lindsay Lohan needs to stop lying about where she really was that night and grow up.”
