Zac Efron Says: ‘I Didn’t Recognise Myself’ As He Talks About gaining 18lbs Of Muscle For Lead Role In The Lucky One

Zac Efron has said that he didn’t recognise himself after putting on 18lbs of muscle for his new movie.
Zac admitted that he was impressed with his own willpower while bulking up during the film.
He said to Men’s Health magazine:
‘By the end of the movie I didn’t recognise myself. You hear about guys like Christian Bale who dive into it and are really able to transform.
‘I’ve always wondered if I had the willpower to actually do it. And I’ll always have pride around the sense that I can.’
Zac added:
‘I could pick up almost anything. If you put it in front of me, I could always find a way to tackle it. [While training for The Lucky One] I’d get this strange sense of power as those weights increased. I was never a natural at anything, but I could always outwork everybody.’

Beyoncey is said to be a big supporter of Barack Obama, but we have a feeling it has A LOT to do with his wife, Michelle.
The singer has writen a lovely letter to Michelle and addressing to the First Lady on her website, in which she praises Michelle for being “the ultimate example of a truly strong African American woman.”

As one of the bands members called Liam Payne made girls that where watching the show Swoon as hi put some pants over his trousers and then pulled them down!
The 18-year-old and his bandmates, who flew Down Under to resume their tour last week, showed up to record a slot on Aussie TV show the Hot 30 Countdown.
They all took to their stalls ready to be interviewed by hosts Matty and Mel on the evening chart show.
As soon as Liam did this he became the center of attention we wonder why!!

‘I don’t know what his secret is but he’s still got the schedule of a 30-year-old… 5.30am starts and 10pm finishes. It’s incredible.’

We really dint like the Tight-Fitting Bottoms but we loved the shoes!
Natalie matched the bottoms with a nude coloured sleeveless top, which was also far from a perfect fit, struggling to contain her surgically-enhanced chest.
Finishing off the outfit was a pair of beige heels and a gold beaded necklace.
But perhaps Natalie should have opted for some more complementary items of clothing.
In typical down-to-earth style, Natalie happily posed for pictures as she made her exit.
Earlier in the day she’d tweeted to let her followers know she was on her way to the studio.

Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration. He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina’shand.
Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encircle her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality.
