Rob Kardashian was in a cheeky little mood on Sunday morning in Miami when a photographer was taken a photos of him. Rob thort it was funny to run after the photographer as a joke but the photographer thort it was not a joke and he ran off screaming for help.
Apparently, Rob followed him into a smoke shop to try and explain away the sticky sitch, but instead was greeted by the Popo and some constricting silver bracelets.
But the good thing is because Rob had never actually threatened anyone, he was later released.
